Welcome to my blog! I am sure this will be a work in progress but I hope that you check in from time-to-time to read my posts and offer feedback, opinions, and suggestions. I will be offering advise and suggestions about weight management, nutrition, exercise, and alternative interventions for living a healthier and happier life.

No matter what changes you desire for yourself, whether emotional, financial, or interpersonal, keep in mind these words: As you think, so shall you be. First, consider where you put your thoughts (which are nothing more than manifested energy) -- do you think about what you fear and hope won't happen, or do you focus on what you desire? The answer to this question could ultimately facilitate your destiny.

Have you had "one of those days" that you just couldn't shake? Or days when everything seemed to fall into place? Knowing you have likely experienced both, I suggest you become mindful when either experience occurs and see if you discover a pattern. Living a healthy, happy life that includes wise food choices and exercise doesn't have to be uncomfortable or difficult. In fact, if implemented properly, it can become reinforcing and readily incorporated into a daily regimen that you desire. Remember, as you think, so shall you be.
